Job review from Jim in Gibsonia, PA 15044 on 01/09/24

I asked for an estimate for railings about mid November, they came out and measured, took photos and about 3 days later sent me a very detailed estimate and contract. Accepted online and they scheduled me out for January 3rd. They reached out the day before to confirm and their crew arrived on time. They busted their butts off in the chilly weather. I watched them take their time and do really high quality work. The job was scheduled for 2 days, it went to 3, but the cold temperature caused them some issues cutting the material and they needed time to warm up. It was in the 20s so completely reasonable. They did a great job cleaning up everyday and especially afterwards. Taught me the right way to clean the railings and were some of the best contractors I ever worked with. I got about 4 quotes during my process, Pro Fence & Railing was right in the middle, but they seemed the most professional and I was right to choose them.
