Emma

Emma joined the Pro Fence and Railing team this last year and currently heads the customer service and online divisions. Her responsibilities include website management, customer surveys and feedback, fence/railing warranties, job follow-ups, and much more. She enjoys that her job allows her to work remotely from college, is very engaging, and is teaching her valuable skills such as self-sufficiency and time management. She is also currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in healthcare management and plans to go to grad school. In her free time, Emma likes to run, write, sew, and has quite the coffee palate!
