I am very pleased with the hand railing installation done by Pro Fence and Railing. The installer did a great job! My scheduled date was rescheduled twice, and when the installer arrived, he realized that the railing could not be put in as drawn by the estimator. We were able to change the side of the steps for the installation, and all went well. I appreciate having the hand rail. My only disappointment was in the communication regarding rescheduling. I received an email for the first reschedule. On the day it was to be installed, I called and found out it needed to be rescheduled again. I then received an email a day or two later, after I spoke with someone and got it rescheduled. That shook my confidence in the company a bit, but the installation turned out to be very well done and I'm happy with the outcome.
