Our Overall Service
Crew did a good job. Experience could have been improved with better communication from management regarding what to expect (installation timeline). For example, we had one installation date. Was not aware it would take several days. The crews came 1pm - 3pm first day then 9-2 the next, then 9-4 the last day. I was not sure if the crew would work over the weekend and I had to personally reach out to get an answer.
